1. The Service
niagoo is a multi-marketplace product and order management hub for sellers. It lets you sync product catalog and stock, centralize orders, manage inventory and purchasing, communicate with buyers, and print labels and documents across connected marketplaces.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be a legally competent business or an individual authorized to act for a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Marketplace connections
The Service lets you connect accounts on TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, and Blibli through their official APIs. By connecting an account, you authorize niagoo to access and process data on your behalf within the permission scopes you approve. You remain responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and policies (see section 14). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of those platforms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Misuse buyer data obtained through connected marketplaces, including for unsolicited marketing.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content and data you submit, for the accuracy of your product, price, and stock information, and for complying with applicable laws (including consumer protection, tax, and data protection) and with each marketplace's rules.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by niagoo and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Your data remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.
7. Fees & subscription

13. Governing law
