This Privacy Policy explains how niagoo ("niagoo", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you use our services at niagoo.com and the niagoo dashboard application (together, the "Service"). niagoo is a multi-marketplace product and order management hub for sellers (merchants).
1. Information we collect
a. Account & profile data
Name, email address, phone number, business/store name, and credentials you provide when you register or use the Service.
b. Operational data from connected marketplaces
With your authorization, we access data through the marketplaces' official APIs, including product catalog, price, stock, orders, shipping status, and buyer information required to process orders (such as recipient name, shipping address, contact number), limited to what the platform provides and what is necessary to run the Service.
c. Technical data
IP address, device/browser type, activity logs, and usage data used for security and to improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service (product/stock sync, order hub, inventory, purchasing, chat).
- To connect and synchronize your marketplace accounts, based on your authorization.
- To process orders, shipping, and label/document printing.
- For security, abuse prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.
- To improve our product using aggregated or anonymized analytics.
3. Data from connected marketplaces
When you connect a TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, or Blibli account, niagoo acts as a data processor carrying out your instructions as the seller (you are the data controller of your store and buyer data). Our principles:
- Access occurs only through official APIs and the permission scopes you approve during authorization.
- Buyer data is used only to operate the Service (such as displaying and processing orders and shipping). It is not used for our own marketing, not sold, and not shared with unauthorized parties.
- Use of data from each platform is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms (see section 11).
- You may disconnect a marketplace at any time; we then stop pulling new data from that platform.
4. How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary with:

5. Security & storage

We retain data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes described or to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and request portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us (see section 12).
8. Cookies
Our site uses cookies/local storage necessary for basic functionality (such as login sessions) and, where enabled, aggregate analytics to understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use and not for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
